Let yourself fail.

Failure is interesting. it implies that you have lost,
that maybe a better version of you could have won.
but more importantly - it means your self image has been hurt.

you see, we hold ideas about ourselves that we try and implement to reality, and we can
get so emotionally invested in them to a level where we Identify ourselves with them.

This kind of self imagery can be observed easily in many places.
for example in any social frame, A School, college, workplace etc,
you can spot groups of people who have such a distinct difference
from the other groups you could almost brand them!

but it's harder to observe it in yourself.

For some reason that I don't fully understand, we hold on to self imagery real hard.
We beat ourselves when we fail to keep our image real, and that's where we have
a big problem. Life becomes very unpleasant and three things start to happen :

  1. We become scared of failing.
  2. We act unnaturally and waste energy aligning ourselves with that same image.
  3. We inevitability fail.

but many times we are too smart for our own good. we succeed in manifesting our self image, and it is bad because at this point we are so depended on it that losing it becomes seriously risky.

In truth, the longer you don't let yourself fail, the harder failure and the fear of it will hurt you.

In conclusion, my message to you is this:

Go out there and fail as much as you can, the more you do so, the better.
You will be free of anxiety, and you will waste less energy and time worrying about the impossible things you require of yourself. And then..you'd be free to pursue what ever it is that you want without the extra weight that you carry today.

I think most import thing is get yourself READY for fail, because failure cause a lot unmotivation, but if you get ready you will learn how to get away from it and fight again your fears.
Best,

Yea that's actually really good! :) Thank you
