Caterpillars
Caterpillar is the larval stage of the species in the order Lepidoptera, which includes the butterflies and moths. Most are plant-eaters although some species are insectivorous. Most caterpillars are considered pests in agriculture. many species of moths are known for their caterpillars causing damage to fruits and other agricultural products
Most caterpillars have long and gilig-shaped bodies (cylinders). The caterpillar has three true leg pairs on three chest segments, coupled with four pairs of quasi-legs called abdominal limbs in the middle segment of the abdomen and often a pair of abdominal limbs on the last abdominal segment. caterpillars have ten stomach segments.
