Maura is an author, podcaster, international speaker and frequent media guest. She guides others on the path of “Living Happy – Inside Out.”
As a child, Maura dreamed of boarding planes, meeting new friends in foreign cultures and using the power of the pen to inspire people to engage with new ideas. Following a corporate management career and time as a home schooling mom, she relaunched at midlife into her full passion. Gaining the title Ambassador of Happiness when invited to speak at the inaugural Nelson Mandela Day celebrations, she has since been featured on NBC, Britain's BBC, European TV and press, hundreds of podcasts and radio shows and gains her greatest joy sharing inspiring lectures on personal influence and leadership at universities and young national leadership organizations in the U.S. and overseas. In 2019, she was named Woman of the Decade at the Women Economic Forum in the Hague for her global work in soft diplomacy. Her eCourse on Personal Leadership, Happiness and Authenticity is also featured on the Ingomu learning community.
