This is honestly one of my bad habits. I have a knack for saying "I'm gonna do X!" and then never do X. It's one thing to say you're gonna do something, and a whole 'nother ball game to actually do it. I think that's why I pushed myself to actually finish this one cosplay project a few years ago. So I could turn around and say, "I finished something!"
I actually did it, too! So I guess I'm not that far off...
This is the difference between goal and dream. With many small goals we make progress, with only talk of a dream we make ourself feel bad we do not make it happen.
That's a very eloquent way of putting it.
