With the number of people related to Hitlery Clintonian that committed suicide, the probability of such an organization existing is somewhere between 99 and 100%.

Now, from real life events, when such organization has you in their sites they have been known to

• break into your house, no matter how many locks, and move things around.
• move your parked car.
• leave messages on phone numbers they shouldn't know.
• Fuck with your bank account.

And then there is the run of the mill city employee.
