CREATE YOUR BREAKTHROUGH
Unleash your secret Power Within
Seven Insights is a live 9-week course with Petra Nicoll designed to help you unlock and unleash the forces inside that can help you break through any limit and create the quality of life you desire. Learn how you can surpass your own limitations to achieve your goals and take control of your life.
Week 1: The First Insight: Law of Attraction
How does the Law of Attraction work? You will learn how clearing your emotional body, your mind and spirit will change your life. How new circumstances and events will manifest themselves in your life.
Thinking positive thoughts is great, however, they do not clear the blockages from your programming since childhood or even before
"What you have become is the result of what you have thought"
- Gautama Buddha
Week 2: The Second Insight: Paradigms
“To ignore the Insight of Paradigms to influence
your judgment is to put yourself at risk when
exploring the future.
To be able to shape your future, you have to be ready
and able to change your paradigm.”
- Joel Arthur Barker
The information you will learn will change your life in phenomenal ways—if you take action on it.
But before you get started, you have to be clear on a few things.
First, remember that a paradigm is a multitude of habits that are lodged in your subconscious mind.
Second, you must change the paradigm in the same way it was created—through repetition of information.
And, third, you must understand that to change a paradigm you have to consciously and deliberately replace a “bad” habit with a good habit. Otherwise, you’re going to form another bad habit because nature abhors a vacuum.
Start the process by consciously choosing new beliefs that are aligned with the habits you want, and then plant them in the place of the old beliefs in your subconscious mind.
One way to do this is through affirmations. Find positive statements that mirror the beliefs or behaviors you want to incorporate and read the statements over and over again. If you want more money, you can use the affirmation I shared with you in the video…
I am so happy and grateful now that money comes to me in increasing quantities, through multiple sources on a continuous basis.
Week 3: The Third Insight: Partnerships
"The greatest danger for most of us is not
that our aim is too high and we miss it, but that it is too low
and we reach it."
Michelangelo
The story of Helen Keller and her teacher Anne Sullivan is now so idealized it barely seems real. But the miracle worker who broke through the isolation of a child understood something profound that lies in all of our hands: the power of coming together.
“We live by each other and for each other,” Keller used to say as she toured the United States with Sullivan. “Alone we can do so little. Together we can do so much.”
Week 4: The Fourth Insight: Giving and Receiving
Giving and Receiving are two sides of the same coin.
- Wayne Dyer
The universe operates through dynamic exchange . . . giving and receiving are different aspects of the flow of energy in the universe. And in our willingness to give that which we seek, we keep the abundance of the universe circulating in our lives.
I will put the Law of Giving and Receiving into effect by making a commitment to take the following steps:Wherever I go, and whomever I encounter, I will bring them a gift. The gift may be a compliment, a flower, or a prayer.
Today, I will give something to everyone I come into contact with, and so I will begin the process of circulating joy, wealth, and affluence in my life and in the lives of others.Today I will gratefully receive all the gifts that life has to offer me.
I will receive the gifts of nature: sunlight, the sound of birds singing, spring showers, or the first snow of winter. I will also be open to receiving from others, whether it be in the form of a material gift, money, a compliment, or a prayer.
I will make a commitment to keep wealth circulating in my life by giving and receiving life’s most precious gifts: the gifts of caring, affection, appreciation, and love. Each time I meet someone, I will silently wish them happiness, joy, and laughter.
Week 5: The Fifth insight: Vision
If you can image it, you can realize it
- Walt Disney
“A man without a vision is a man without a future. A man without a future will always return to his past.”
(P.K. Bernard)
“A knife cuts because it has a narrow focus” (Cleddie Keith)
“A coward dies a thousand deaths, but a brave man dies only once” (Roman soldiers)
A progressive revelation of an ageless revival for our generation is growing in our hearts. It is for those who went before us and for those who are yet to be born. Yet, the question of how the vision is to be implemented remains.
One famous Proverb says:
Where there is no vision, the people are unrestrained, but happy is he who keeps the law - Proverbs 29:18
Vision is the bridge between the present and the future. Vision gives pain a purpose. Those without vision spend their lives taking the path of least resistance as they try to avoid discomfort. The level of sacrifice that a vision requires will determine the size of people who follow. Sacrifice separates the small from the great.
Consider the example of a young man who has just graduated from high school and joins the military. As soon as he steps off the boot camp bus, the sergeant starts yelling at him. He has to march over to the barbershop and get his head shaved. Then he is up early in the morning to exercise with someone screaming at him and talking about his mother. Just a month before, he was in high school. He would have never put up with any of this nonsense from his teachers or classmates. But somehow his whole mindset has changed. Why? He is enduring the “cross” so to speak, because of the joy on the other side of it. He realizes that boot camp is preparing him for a greater destiny. His vision of the future is giving his present physical discomfort meaning and purpose.
So many of us go through life not understanding the purposes of our trials. We spend our days walking a crooked path, believing that every obstacle in the road is a problem and something to be avoided.
WHAT IS VISION?
Vision is what we see, but it is also the way in which we see. Vision is the lens that interprets the events of our life, the way we view people and our concept of Spirit. If we have a scratch on our glasses, it may seem like everybody around us has scratches too, but the problem actually lies with us because our vision is impaired. Jesus said that our eyes are the windows of our heart. Paul prayed that the eyes of our heart would be enlightened. In other words, we perceive with our eyes but we see with our hearts. Our minds receive images from our eyes but our heart interprets these images. If our heart becomes bitter, jealous, hurt or in someway infected, the lens of our heart is distorted. What we perceive is happening and what is really going on could be two completely different things. Jesus said, “You will know the truth and the truth will make you free”.
So many of us live in a virtual reality. The way we view life can feel and look real, or make perfect sense, but still not be real at all. Have you ever watched a good movie and gotten totally into it? You experience all the emotions of real life. You may even leave the theater still “feeling” the movie, but it was just a movie? it was never real. The truth is: we see what we believe to be true. Another way to put it is, if you have the wrong pretext you will misunderstand the context. Having a revelation of what is real will deliver us from a life of torment that virtual reality often causes.
ESTABLISHING CORE VALUES
Therefore, the things we believe to be true determine the way in which we interpret life. These “things” are called “core values.” Core values are the lens or eyes of our heart. It is important for us to realize the incongruence between what our core values presently are and what we really want them to be. Often, the things we say we believe and the things we actually believe are not the same. We must understand that it is not the truths that we believe in our head that are our core values, but rather the ones we believe in our heart. The things we perceive to be true determine the way we respond to the world around us and to the spirit who lives within us.
These core values also help define the part of the flock that we find ourselves called and attracted to. The children of Israel experienced this principle when they came into the Promised Land. Joshua assigned land to them according to their tribes and divisions (Joshua 18:10). In other words, they received land according to their diverse visions. For instance, if they had a vision for farming, they probably did not go with Caleb to the mountain country but instead were given land that best facilitated their vision. Therefore the land they were given and their vision was congruent. From this perspective, it is not very hard to see how some church splits happen. Sometimes pastors, in their zeal to build their churches, attract people that have a vision for things that their churches or “land” (metaphorically speaking) will not sustain. This dual vision eventually ends up in di-vision.
Week 6: The Sixth Insight: Gratitude
“Gratitude is the mother of all virtues.”
- Marcus Cicero
Gratitude is an immensely powerful force that we can use to expand our happiness, create loving relationships, and even improve our health.
If you want more happiness, joy, and energy, gratitude is clearly a crucial quality to cultivate. It is a fullness of heart that moves us from limitation and fear to expansion and love. When we’re appreciating something, our ego moves out of the way and we connect with our soul. Gratitude brings our attention into the present, which is the only place where miracles can unfold. The deeper our appreciation, the more we see with the eyes of the soul and the more our life flows in harmony with the creative power of the universe.
My clients who practice gratitude on a daily basis have this to say:
Felt better about their lives as a whole
Experienced greater levels of joy and happiness
Felt optimistic about the future
Got sick less often
Exercised more regularly
Had more energy, enthusiasm, determination, and focus
Made greater progress toward achieving important personal goals
Slept better and awoke feeling refreshed
Felt stronger during trying times
Enjoyed closer family ties
Were more likely to help others and offer emotional support
Experienced fewer symptoms of stress
During the 6th Insight you will learn powerful gratitude practices for you to try.

Week 8: Emotional Energy Technique
is easy…it is easy as sitting in the glorious sunlight and feeling the warmth and the peace of golden light gently caressing you. Petra's soothing voice takes you through a guided meditation experience where you begin to visualize and feel Golden light, flowing like a gentle waterfall, down in and through your body. It is a totally relaxing and yet invigorating experience because the mind quickly lets go of extraneous and stressful thoughts and allows the body to quickly return to a state of inner harmony and peace. People often say that the experience is joyful and rejuvenating like a beautiful walk in the forest, sitting by a clear mountain stream, or the refreshing feeling of the ocean breeze on a summer day.
Petra found in her extensive meditation practice that most meditation techniques help you connect with the Divine Light of God, which helps you change your spiritual and mental consciousness. But Petra found that even though the mind and spiritual awareness can change fairly easily it is vitally important to bring this new awareness into the physical body and create emotional and physical clarity as well. This is why Emotional Energy Technique is so unique; Petra teaches you how to ground the Golden Light of the Soul down in and through the body so that every cell is infused with healing light. Old emotions are released and over time the physical body begins to take on a youthful vitality as totally new cells and tissues are created. The new cells begin to vibrate at the frequency of Golden Liquid light, which is an energy of perfection and unlimited consciousness. These new codes of perfection and higher awareness automatically vibrate out from you during the day and bring love, prosperity, and joy back into your life.
The Golden Light meditation teaches you how to open the crown chakra at the top of the head. The open chakra resembles a flower or a satellite dish and when it is open the Golden Light of the Soul can flow easily down in and through the physical body, washing away old feelings and thoughts. It is equally important to be grounded from the base of the spine so that the light flows completely through the body and into the earth, which also brings life and light unto Mother earth in the healing of the planet. Day by day the Light of the Soul lives ever more radiantly in the physical body, creating peace, prosperity, love, joy and unbounded health. The key is to be dedicated to your own awakening by practicing meditation regularly.
Week 9: Emoto, William Reich and Ho'opono'pono.
Dr. Emoto’s water experiment.
In 2005, Dr. Masaru Emoto led a group of 2000 people in Tokyo types of thoughts onto bottles of water, froze them, and examined the resulting water crystals under a microscope. What he found was that water crystals infused with higher vibrational thoughts like “love” or “joy” formed beautiful patterns, while those with negative thoughts like “hate” or “anger” were rough, opaque and in a state of chaos. Now think about this: since 75 percent of your body is water, how could your thoughts be influencing it?
How to Practice Ho'opono'pono in Four Simple Steps
Have you heard of the Hawaiian therapist who cured an entire ward of criminally insane patients, without ever meeting any of them or spending a moment in the same room?
It’s not a joke.
The therapist was Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len. He reviewed each of the patients’ files, and then he healed them by healing himself. The amazing results seem like a miracle, but then miracles do happen when you use Ho’oponopono, or Dr. Len’s updated version calledSelf I-Dentity Through Ho’oponopono (SITH). I had the pleasure of attending one of his lectures a few years ago and started practicing Ho’oponopono immediately. The results are often astounding. Do you need a miracle?
