Hi, Here is my second video of 7 push-ups at day 2. Thanks to @nathanmars for arranging the programme. I'll try my best to complete all of the push-ups and post them on both steemit and twitter. This the best programme I've joined. The programme both promotes steem & also a physical exercise which keeps us healthy. I'd like to invite all my brothers on steemit to join this programme.
