Why we must have sex

More often than not, I hear a lot of people say things like, "oh i don't like sex, is it food".

I always think about two major reasons why they say that, it's either they've never met someone whose sexual prowess is top notch or they literally don't know the benefits of sex.

As for me, saying that I like sex is an understatement, I love it and it's part of my everyday existence.

This is why I decided to write a few lines on the benefits of regular sex both for men and women, you can also add your own inputs in the comment section.

There is a lot of benefits in having regular sex, for men it helps to lower the risk of cardiovascular disease, it promotes your heart health, it makes you look younger than your age, it improves your immune system, it's the best sleeping pill etc.

So, stop carrying dead sperms around, it doesn't help your health neither does it help for reproduction.

When sperm is hanging around in the epididymis for too long, I mean the long coiled tube in the back of the testes where sperm is stored, you stand the risk of having prostate cancer.

The more often a man has sex, the better the quality of his sperm.

And women:

Sex also helps you in a lot of ways, it boosts your mood, I mean you will hardly nag, you will rather keep a smiling face all day long, especially when he gave you the big "O" (orgasm), no depressing mood, it improves your skin tone, improves heart health, burns calories etc.

Another big advantage is that it helps to reduce the pains of menstrual cramps, when you orgasm, your uterus contracts and in the process, gets rid of the cramp-causing compounds in your body, if you want to confirm this first hand, try and have sex few days to your period, you will notice that your cramps will be less painful.
