There are lots of places in Acapulco to go to if you want to pay for sex, far more than I know about. And apparently, there used to be a lot more than there are now. A search online using various search terms results in quite a few results for places that are no longer related to sex directly. (One is now a lingerie store, so indirectly related to sex. I don't count it.)
The online results are included here for completeness and history, although some are just names to me with no info at all. And almost all of this info is either from my own experience or from the internet, not from locals. Also, almost all of my info is about places within walking distance of where I live.
It's actually easier and cheaper to call a service or a woman directly for a sex hook-up than to go to a strip club, although if the show is what you really want, there's no substitute for a strip club.

    Majesty Private Club: On Facebook, but appears to be gone in real life. Avenida Gabriel Avilés (2.34 mi), Acapulco, Guerrero 39355. Became Michelin tires, then a Chevrolet dealership.
    Chrome Men's Club (defunct): (monopoly.olive.clipped/7682V455+C4), (unzips.inches.smaller/7682V455+95) - still has Chrome signage.
    Kisses (defunct): (polished.sprinkle.tins/7682V455+H9) used to be El Sombrero 2 - still has Kisses signage.
    Foxy Club (defunct): (near pops.sprayed.yours/7682V46F+G2), Hernán Cortés 28, next to Acapulco Plaza Hotel.

active: There seem to be no active brothels in Acapulco at the moment.

La Quinta de Rebeca (defunct): (freezing.quirky.recorder/7682V499+2F) - still has Rebeca signage.

street walkers
My experiences started at the two entrances to Costera Vieja, (wharfs.merchant.stamp/7682V44M+PQ, and shell.wipe.carting/7682)
Apparently a whole street or alley in the central market is devoted to sex workers, but I don't know where it is, having heard about only from a friend, who calls it Brothel Lane.
