Actions speak louder than words, and paintings communicate much more than
mere words can. A 19-year-old girl ingenuously exposed and brought to life
through artwork the aftermath of her sexual assault. An art class student at
Nebraska Wesleyan University, Emma Krenzer hand-painted her awful experience
in an extreme yet powerful way. She completed this piece of art on the same
night she returned from a Women's March in Washington D.C. and then shared it
on Twitter.

She painted the piece using her fingers.

Emma made this piece with this thought in mind.

"I thought about what was true for myself, and also, what I perceived to be
commonly true for people in general, when I mapped out these touches."

She desperately demands justice.

She has made a map legend, which shows who touched her.

"I made this project largely for myself to actually visualize the lasting
impact that touch can have on an individual"

She looks forward to making a larger series.

The thoughtful artist definitely took "the road less traveled" to convey her
message. More power to you girl!
