Fantasy Premier League Gameweek 21 Review and Tips-3 week outlook, one's to watch and captain picks!
The last Gameweek of 2017!!!
Hello dear friends, are you ready for the last Gameweek of 2017?? Well the transfer window hasn't even opened yet and Liverpool have bagged a defender! Virgil Van Dyk at a record 75M pounds. The most expensive defender in the history of the game. Before we get into a transfer fee debate on that mad price let's get into the fantasy week!
Only 9 fixtures in this gameweek as both Spurs and Westham do not play! This leaves many fantasy managers with the predicament on whether or not to take out Kane for this week and bring him back in the next. The double week does kind of sway things! Personally, I think sacrifice without Kane this week and bag a transfer for 2 in the double week and then you can take advantage of maybe bring in 2 more players that will play twice!
Plenty of action still to come though in the 9 fixtures so we still could have a high scoring fantasy week!
3 Week Outlook
Catch my previous one in the below link!
One's to watch
Marco Arnautovic- David Moyes has managed to bring bubbles back into the West Ham team and Arnautovic is one that has certainly benefited since the Scot has taken over. 4 goals in his last 3 games, Arnautovic seems to be playing with a free role in kind of a false 9 position which he seems to be enjoying. With the double week ahead, he could be on your radar!
Dele Alli- Spurs are finally looking like a unit again and while Harry Kane is grabbing all the attention for his double Hatrick Dele Alli is finally looking like the player of last season again. With 4 assists and a goal in the last 2, I wouldn't be surprised if many pick him up for the double header.
Jordan Pickford- The talented goalkeeper is finally showing why Everton paid such a hefty price! 8 bonus points and 3 clean sheets in the last 4 Jordan is becoming a must have in your fantasy teams!
Captain Picks
Eden Hazard- Very quiet of late Hazard has been but I back him fully to bounce right back into double digits for the Stoke game. The link up between him and Morata could be vital in this encounter.
Phillipe Coutinho- Well Leicester City are no push over team but the way Liverpool have been playing at Anfield the Reds are likely to get the result. Coutinho has been hugely impressive recently with 3 goals and 2 assists in his last 3. The brazilian also boasts a very strong record in fantasy on par with Mo Salah in points per minute played!
Marcos Alonso- The spaniard haas been in superb form of late and if anything he has been playing like a winger more so than a defender! Grabbing 40 points in the last 4 Gameweeks he's been sharp going forward and Chelsea have been keeping clean sheets at the back. A goal/assist plus cleansheet gameweek and he could really pay of as a captain!
Goodluck in the Gameweek and HAPPY NEW YEAR to one and all!
