Origin and personality

Travis had a pretty average life, growing up in a middle class neighborhood in Tucson, Arizona. He always seemed to fade into the background in every aspect, from schoolwork, to athletics and popularity. Sure, he had a few friends but was far from popular.

After graduation, he decided to do the thing so many young Americans do and decided to backpack across Europe. In his travels he gained life experience, met people from many cultures, gained strong social skills and and greatly improved his confidence. He learned to speak several additional languages including French, German and Italian and made many friends across the continent.

Upon return to the US, he found a hard time settling down. He bounced around from job to job and never felt fulfilled. He saw office work or retail jobs as beneath him and would rather remain unemployed than take a job he's too good for. Eventually, he fell into desperate times and started to use his newly acquired social skills to scam people, steal identities and generally be a public nuisance. He spent most of his day tethered to his computer, which eventually led him to being infected by Olympium.

The Olympium poisoning infected his brain, splitting his psyche into ten unique personalities. These personalities were each inspired by someone he encountered in his travels through Europe, from an amazing gymnast to a serial killer who nearly made Travis one of his many victims.

Travis is able to maintain his primary personality, while able to shift into any of the others with a snap of his fingers. He continues to carry out self-serving crimes, but the new skills and abilities he has access to through these nine alternate personalities opens up much riskier, but far more lucrative opportunities.

Nothing specific.

Abilities

Multiple personalities:
Travis maintains nine unique personalities, which he can switch between at will by snapping his fingers, and each are under Travis’ complete control. In essence, its nine completely unique people sharing the same body, who all act as one with Travis.

These personalities each have completely unique characteristics, skills and physical attributes, making Travis a 10-man crew in a single body, making him extremely adaptable to a wide range of situations. While none of his abilities extend into superhuman range, his versatility makes him a threat in nearly any situation. These personalties are:

1.) Travis
When not required, he remains simply as Travis who seems pretty average on the outside. He has no discernible skills, knowledge or ability other than the command of his other nine personalities.

2.) AJ
A master computer hacker. AJ is cocky, but with the confidence to back up his attitude. He’s proficient in penetrating any type of computer system or network. He also has the skills required to bypass advanced security systems.

3.) Tony
Tony is a bodyguard and the strongest personality. Travis can press a maximum of 215lbs, but when in control of Tony that amount increases to an impressive 375lbs. He’s a very skilled street fighter and can easily beat down most people dumb enough to challenge him.

4.) Damien
Damien is a sick, twisted individual with no moral boundaries. Its rare that he shifts into Damien, except when a hard decision has to be made that no other person within him is willing to make.

5.) Brad
A master gymnast and parkour expert, Brad is able to traverse rooftops, catwalks and other environments with grace and ease, which comes in handy when he needs to escape from pursuers or chase down a target. He’s also by far the quickest personality, who can sprint at just shy of Olympic-qualifying levels.

6.) Charles
A proper and welcoming individual, when shifting into Charles he adopts a British accent, gains sharp wit and exudes class and confidence. He excels at getting people to change their mind or convincing them to act against their better judgement.

7.) Larry
Adept with all firearms, but most deadly as a sniper. Not much time is spent as Larry, but those short moments he does surface usually mean that someone’s life is about to end.

8.) Jordan
A small-time thief, but an extremely good one. Jordan is extremely stealthy, able to pick locks, crack safes and has a strong spatial awareness that helps him detect anything that might make him easy to detect, give away his position or leave evidence he was there.

9.) Earl
A talented driver, Earl excels at driving whatever vehicle he’s behind the wheel of from motorcyles to tractor trailers. He’s also able to pilot most helicopters and small planes.

10.) Scott
Scott is a crude thug, a heroin addict and a complete dirtbag, though this personality makes it easy for him to blend in with criminals and gangs when the need arises.

These ten personalities work together to form an extremely adaptable and dangerous individual.

Weakness

The Ten’s only real weakness is that binding his hands prevents him from snapping his fingers, which is required to shift between different personalities.

Otherwise he has normal human abilities and vulnerabilities in all forms, so he’s susceptible to any form of physical damage that would hurt any other human.
