Ewiriwagu (what is the English name please)

Some organisms live together in peace but human being can not live together for one year without having issue, WHY.
Togetherness brings love and harmony but i don't know why ordinary insect know and understand this more than human being that God created with much sense and wisdom or does it mean that man has lose they senses.
This organism always live together, feed on one tree, sleep, and even give birth together till they will die and they will not have any problem.
As was passing by yesterday i saw these in one tree called ugba in our language. And i was very surprised to me, so i gather it to show people. To know why human can not unite peacefully like this. WHY
