Silver and Gold Community - Steemit
Any ideas on how we can start a silver and gold community here on Steemit?
Suggested Goals of the Silver and Gold (Precious Metals) Community:
- Encourage members to produce quality content.
- Ensure members are rewarded for great content.
- Ensure Steemit is a go-to place for precious metals news, analysis and more.
- Ensure that the community becomes significant here on Steemit.
Please add more, as well as suggestions as to how we can achieve these.
I will do a follow-up post based on suggestions with the way forward. Just follow me for now, to stay in touch.

I want to Join and I read the other article and followed the people that you posted on that article. Silver and Gold are Money and nothing else.

Bingo. Was just going to suggest this @missiontothemoon. A concencus on a tag name that everyone can follow and tag in posts would be a good move.

when you say tag in posts, do you mean the same as 1 of the 5 allowed tags, or just another identifier in the posts in addition to the main tag?
Yes. It's the same thing if you hash-tag in the body of the post; it counts as one of your 5. You can yest this by adding 5 tags in the tag field at the bottom and also include a hashtag in the post. It'll be rejected saying you've used 6 tags.
Thanks, I actually know this. I thought you were suggesting another identifier in the post or title sans hashtag.

I'm in also.....I'm new to stacking, saw a post on Steemit a couple weeks back about silver and ended up taking a few k's of my crypto profits and my portfolio now includes silver and gold.
