We the People "own" the Rights to U.S. Coinage, in "any" Form we choose to issue it... Since "We the People" own Electronic Dollars, Cents and Decimal Cents, we won't have to Pay the Rental Fees (interest) we're currently paying for the "use" of Digital Fiat USD's... I figure the Plan is to Stop Renting all Physical and Digital Fiat USD's... Electronic Decimal Cents were needed to "make change" for any amount "less" than One Cent... If your items at the Store come to $3.5251 and you hand the Cashier $3.53, you would get back $0.0049 Decimal Cents in change, that will be added to your Electronic Piggy Bank Card... Our Electronic Coinage will be 100% backed by our Silver, Gold, Platinum and Palladium Coins... This means we'll be able to Stop Paying Federal Income Tax for the "use" of Physical or Digital Fiat USD's... By not paying Rental Fees, our Take Home Pay will increase...
