Fifth day
Afternoon everyone…..
As you have all read by now the silver stacker Christmas tree is officially up for the season. I really happy that I pushed myself last year to make this happen. It brought some Christmas spirit back into my mom after my dad passing away right before the holidays a few years ago now.
She was actually asking me when I was putting it up this year. When I get home from jobs, the tree is already lit up. She turns it on every day now.
For those of you that might not know my thought process for this tree, here is a quick synopsis. I thought a four foot Christmas tree with nothing but Christmas silver rounds hanging on it as ornaments would be an awesome looking tree. That was my initial thought process.
Then I took it a step further, and decided that I didn’t want any duplicate rounds on the tree. Which obviously makes this a bit more challenging to accomplish.
So far so good….
I have twenty seven different Christmas silver rounds on the tree currently. With a handful more waiting for me to find the air-tite ornament holders.
I thought it would be nice to share the individual rounds with you as well. So I will start that today with a pair of rounds that are currently on my tree.
The fifth pair of rounds feature a little bit of a different Christmas theme. The first one is what I call drunken Santa. It’s not a great rendition of Santa, but it’s a Christmas round non the less. The other is a Rudolph the red nosed reindeer round which is a solid looking round.
