Singapore is a melting pot of people from all over the globe and this is indicative in the wide varieties of cuisine available in the city.

Besides his vast knowledge of the Hawker food scene, Gerry was also very insightful and candid about his thoughts of the city and its culture. Sitting down and eating with him felt more like lunch with a friend than a tour. We had some great conversations along with fantastic food and drink.
