Thank you, and yes I also believe that this is quite a big change and it could potentially mean a very positive change towards mainstream usage of cryptocurrency!
I think it sends a strong message to the banking industry as well, that one of their own has crossed over to the cryptocurrncy world. I use their wallet and it's very fast and easy to use.
He hasn't really "crossed over." He's deeply in bed with Virgin Mobile and his own 10x project, which is a private, centralized payment system. I think its just as likely that hes getting involved in bitcoin to support that endeavor as it is that hes a convert to the cause.
Also, how much do you really want an ex-barclays CEO involved with crypto. Theyre not very nice, even by traditional banking standards.
