Here i made it realized Steemit is a blogging platform built on the Steem block-chain and also we shouldn't forget that the community matters most, we all should make more friends and interact with communities.

THE SYSTEM YOU SEEK IS THE SISTEM NEXT TO YOU

It has been a challenge all these while to write an Ulog post, I felt like am not the the too social type and i don't really take pictures because of the short memory of my new phone since i had an accident with my Samsung phone and moreover it just like exposing ones personalty. Soon it was revealed that my Hypothesis was wrong about Ulog and Uloggers.

Research was made and went to the Ulog blog, I saw a lot of post and the way it was composed , Therefore i made it clear to my thought , i can always create an Ulog post to everyone in the community so as to enlighten Steemians on daily activities and experience one had for the day.

A brief introduction of my self goes thus ; My name is Yusuf oluwaseyi , am a motivational writer , a scientist , a sport analyst and also create content which are educational because i believe learning is constant which i have found a place to be U logger and also learn from others.

On Saturday while i was surfing through steemit i saw @surpassinggoogle post about a show which is about to start on steemgigs discord channel ,I couldn't hesitate to join ASAP , I was inspired more to ever attend a show and lessons from The creator, Leader, Boss, King and the Alpha of UlOG (@Surpassinggoogle). Having heard a lot about him but Yoruba will quote this which says :

Iroyin ko to amojuba.
Which means : What you heard cannot be compared with what you witnessed

The show was about Curation

He highlighted some facts which i believe everyone who is reading this should learn from this.
Question 1 Is a vote free ?
Answer: Generally, we can't say a vote is free. There's actually a cost here :

1 . Curation comes with a gift. 25% of the rewards is for curators ( the people who upvoted the post) as a reward of discovering the content.The other 75% is awarded to the author.

2 .There's community involved in Curation.

3 . There are bigger things/factors involved in Curation. Examples : some people are a vegeterian and may not vote on a post talking about BALOT

4 . Every curator has their style.

5 . He also considers Content is Priceless

6 . Sir Terry's Curation has a timeliness value to it

7 . Curation also involves commenting

8 . Some people look for consistency. Another factor is the consistency factor.

9 . Curation doesn't necessarily mean an Upvote, a Resteem could go a long way too.

PS: Humanity is the Brother next to you, and everyone has something to offer.

The show was one of the best ever on Steemit, later when talk was over entertainment took over though i was low on battery but the little songs heard is a goal. I was about to sing perfect by Ed- Sheeran as @abdulmanan request but power wasn't sufficient on the phone.

I was amazed with voices i heard on the show @uche-nna, @snook , @mermaidvampire sang well.
