Week Five of the #sixweekhealth Challenge: jogging is life and health

I want to send a greeting to the great steemit family, especially to @ sweetsssj and @healthsquared, who have given us again the opportunity to participate in another wonderful challenge in this fifth week.

It is important that all human beings include physical activities at least once a week. Physical activity and nutrition work together to improve our health and with it the quality of life. It is also important because as we age these activities help us to put aside the sedentary lifestyle that is the main enemy of our health.

In this week five of how I do to stay in shape. I'm heading every other day to the stadium that is near my house, this stadium helps a lot of people, because it's free and has a gym which can go any person regardless of age.

I perform a continuous troté for about 30 minutes. Then I rest and relax the body walking for 10 minutes and so on until I accumulate one hour and thirty minutes of training. Finished this making a circuit up the stairs of the stands and ending with a series of repetitions in the bars and parallel.
