#sixweekhealth(WEEEK THREE): A baker's way of handling stress
Hello everyone, this is my entry for the #sixweekhealth challenge by @sweetsssj and @healthsquared
One way I distress myself is to bake; yes bake cake!!!
To bake one needs to have quite a list of stuffs such as butter, eggs, sugar, milk, flour
Different recipes can be used to bake a cake depending on what type of cake is being baked
So first of,
I mix my butter and sugar with a turn stick ; this is quite a tedious process
Then I add my eggs and mix with the turn stick
I seive my flour and baking powder into the mixture of egg, sugar and butter
I alternate this process with addition of milk; that is I seive flour into the mixture, stir, pour milk, stir, seive more flour, stir, pour milk
Then my batter is formed.....
I then put these into the oven at about 170°C
And bake for about 30mins
And these lovelies are born
The icing process is a mixture of butter and sugar;
These beauties are begotten i think the distressing is a combo of the joy of producing these yummies and thr entire creation process
