Week five of the #sixweekhealth Challenge: Keep fit and active
Hello anew, dear interactive family, I hope you self find very good, I thank in advance @sweetsssj and @healthsquared, for challenge us each week to improve our health.
We are already in the fifth week which is about how to stay active and fit; for me it is very easy to walk daily from my house to school which I have 10 minutes left, I go and I come walking I do not have pictures because of the problem of insecurity that is here in Venezuela my parents will not let me take my phone.
Another thing I do to keep fit is to drink one liter and a half of water daily, eat healthy and as a study until 5:30 pm I do not have time to go to the gym but I do my daily exercise routine , the photos presented are from my author of a day of exercises in one day, taken with my phone Motorola plus C3.
