The secret No. 1, it’s action that is how practicing targeted facial exercise can treat the signs of premature aging and make you look glow. With the understanding of what’s really going on helps you see your face differently and help you see the exercises differently, just like a body exercises but there’s a little difference. People develop the muscle differently. For example, people from Japanese will move their face muscles differently versus people from other countries, thus they concern differently problems. We need understand more about the facial physiology, how we use the face muscles and how we can train the muscle accordingly. The skin covering the muscles in the face but when you don’t move muscles in the face, it goes down. When we are older, it goes down a little more extra skin, and that face is different from that body a little bit which is there’s no big muscle like arm and there’s no starting point and no end. It’s goes so down and you need to understand that. If we train the muscle, we can tighten the muscle and the skin at the same time. If you practice face muscles, you’re gonna get so much bteer blood circulation. It means more blood circulation more oxygen to your skin, as a result more nutrition to your skin, and you feel warm and you feel much more alive and awake.
