Beautiful skin doesn't happen by accident.

It's by deliberate, consistent, daily actions.

You will still be wearing your skin in 40, 50 years to come. Why not make it fit to live in by then?

All you need do is to maintain a daily skincare regimen.

I have come across people that complain of always rushing out of the house in the morning and tired at night to even take a bath.

It doesn't take up to 15 minutes to complete the routine.

You cleanse with a facial wash, black soap or cream cleanser.

Tone with a toner that suits your skin type in upward circular movement.

Moisturise with a moisturiser that works best for your skin while still damp.

Oil- rich moisturiser for dry skin, water-based moisturiser for oily skin and a balancing cream for combination skin.

This is the reason why you should know your skin type to know products that can work for you.

Use of a sunscreen with SPF of at least 30 is ideal to keep the effects of the ultraviolet aging (UVA) and ultraviolet burning (UVB) rays at bay.

Exfoliating 2 - 3 times weekly is non-negotiable. This is because dead skin cells accumulate on your skin every 28 days or thereabouts when old skin is shed.

Exfoliating helps to remove those dead skin cells to give room for new skin to shine through.

Whenever, you notice your skin is dull, you exfoliate.

It also prepares the skin to receive other skincare products.

Maintaining these will keep your skin glowing for years and age becomes only a number and not a badge to be carried on the face (skin).
