What’s something that people who don’t wake up early, miss?

I was in a similar situation as this one ! After a lot of research reading books and YouTube videos i finally came up with the solution. Here are few reasons why this is happening with remedy :)

Having heavy dinner can also be a reason. Body invests lots of efforts in digestion hence it is not able to rest properly. Hence try to keep dinner as light as possible. Try to finish your dinner 2 hrs before you sleep.
Sleep at the same time daily. Yes our body gets accustomed to changes.
Weakness can also be a reason. Eat healthy and keep yourself hydrated the entire day. Consult a doctor if required. A healthy Lifestyle will definitely help you get rid of weakness. Include fruits and vegetables in your meal. Consume soaked (in water) Almonds, walnut and raisins first thing you get up.
Disturbed sleep can also result into not being able to get up. Make sure that you are sleeping continuosly without any disturbance. Turn off the lights. Make sure that the room us at right temperature. Not too warm neither too cool.
Sleeping with stress from work or personal life. Have you heard of power of subconscious mind? Let me tell you the last few thoughts you create before sleeping can make you either happy or sad. Think positive before you sleep and reap the benefits of the subconscious mind! You can also try meditation.
Avoid excess sleep. A Normal body needs 6–8 hrs of sleep( however this is a bit controversial). 7 hours works for me. Figure out what works for your body. Because you know your body better!
A good lifestyle can always helps to get rid of such problems.
Sleep on time daily.
Eat healthy food. Include a meal of fruits and raw veggies in your diet.
Keep your self hydrated the entire day.
Exercise if possible.( Yoga, workout, stretching etc)
Go for a walk in a nearby park.
Avoid junk food.
