what you've done here is you have withdrawn the coins TO your Smartbot tipping address...
when you asked for the address, thats what you would do if you wanted to deposit coins to tip others using smartbot on steemit...
when you want to withdraw to an address in your wallet you use the command withdraw and an address from your web or qt wallet, which smartbot wouldn't know unless you tell him :) let me tip you a little more and try again using an address in the receive section of your smartcash wallet!
