SUMMARY
I hardly exercised this week. This week or this period of the month is a flood of midterms. My weight hasn't changed except I am down to 169 and not 170. Maybe because it is stress that makes me lose weight but I am pretty sure that is the muscle loss cause stress release cortisol and cortisol makes you lose muscle. I am going to be A LOT MORE ACTIVE a day after releasing this post since school has calmed the fuck down as of now. The biggest struggle for me is procrastination and time management. I am switching to a new phone and I got major changes to this blog series so stay tuned.
