Carlota de Limón
Bueno este post es sobre un postre llamado Carlota de limon, es una receta muy simple:
Ingrediente:
Para la crema:
1 lata de leche condensada
1 lata de crema de leche
El jugo de medio limón
Galletas de mantequilla o como cosa adicional una taza de mantequilla y una taza de azúcar aunque pueden ir amasandolo hasta tener una buena masa
Ahora que tienen todo estos licuar junto el limón, la crema de leche y la leche condensada. Después colocar una pequeña cantidad de crema y una capa de galletas y asi sucesivamente hasta llegar al tope y luego decorar al gusto junto con galletas y ralladura de limón.
