Hey @smartsteem! I sent a 10.000 STEEM payment to promote a post yet I did not receive any 'residu' back. And the post doesn't appear to have been upvoted with the full 10 steem. All my other transactions to you worked perfect. Can you please check?
Please go to https://smartsteem.com/dashboard and check there under

Thanks :) I did so, I still don't completely get if the payment was accurate, but on the other posts it is :)
@therealwolf so on my latest post, I sent 17.632 STEEM and got no refunds, and according to your dashboard I sent: 15.415 STEEM. So am I not supposed to receive the 2.217 STEEM back in my account? Like usually happens. Please check up because this is the 2nd time now that I'm missing out on my refund and I'm not so happy :P
On the previous post your dashboard says I sent: 8.928 STEEM but in reality I sent 10.000 STEEM I have also not received a refund for the open value there.
Or help me understand why I'm not receiving a refund for the leftover?
Probably because open-costs were subtracted. Please check your transaction history for those.
@therealwolf yes I have had open costs I noticed, but not up to those amounts. Anyway, I will keep checking in the future and hopefully it will all make more sense soon :)
I know what the problem was - the price you saw in your dashboard is the price converted to SBD.
Ah okay, that makes sense then. So the upvotes were for the full amounts...
Thanks @smartsteem I found my 5 steem so I am very happy with your kind support
Thank you @smartsteem
I can downvote whatever I want. Especially if you try to gain attention and make demands. And you've received your 5 STEEM.
Do it again and you'll get some more downvotes.
Sir I understand and never do this again . I request you please remove your downvote
Good information
Woow Excellent!, thanks for that Smartstemm team!
It's a tempting offer. Will take the benefit of the offer

great option to promote the post and good discount , i am planning to enter this option , thank you for this option
Hello,
can I kindly ask you to refund 8.66 steem as I bid 10 steem yesterday which was carried out but unfortunately not with the 8.66 steem I wanted to bid in another round.
Thank you.
thanks for this awsome offer, i always use your upvote service...
resteemed.
I'm kinda confused.
The "Detailed Payout" is showing me, that I would receive, for the exampled 20 Steem buy, 9.7 STEEM and 9.7 SP.
A loss of 3% right at the time of buying the votes.
The gif is showing that the 20 Steem produces a payout of 11 Steem and 11 SP. A 10% gain, but I guess, the gif is older than the flash sale.
So with 20 Steem and with the 15% ROI, shouldn't the estimated payout be 11.5 Steem and 11.5 SP?
(Adding a post link, even when that post has beneficiaries, only changes the curation % and the estimated Votevalues, the negative 3% is still the same, at least the ROI is really stable. 😂)
Hey @takowi,
the ROI is based on hands-on value. Whether the internal price is higher or lower than the external price (exchanges).
Taking the external price isn't possible due to the extreme fluctuations.
With that said: all promotion services take the same data, so regardless of which one you take, the negative downside would be the same. However, with @smartmarket, you're on the more safer side.
Hope this could answer your question.
All the best,
@smartsupport
Ah now I see where you are getting the ROI of 10% from. You are calculating the ROI in USD not in Steem.
But I don't see any reason to do that for this time though.
Buying votes from Smartsteem (or to be more precise rshares) is only possible in Steem and SBD. Right now with the 50/50 Payout in Steem and SP, it is quite easy to see the direct effect of a specific Steem investment and the (estimated) payout.
Today 20 Steem would yield 22.4 Steem, which is better than the advertised 10% ROI (in USD).
Shouldn't it be possible to calculate the possible payout in Steem with a given amount of rshares and to fix the ROI in Steem not in USD?
Even with a payout in part SBD, the internal market from Steemit would provide a direct price for SBD/Steem, without the hassle to go over USD.
What is the benefit of calculating a Steem Investment in USD and why are you doing that? Still kinda curious.
It is based on the fluctuation of price...

So Smartsteem is guessing that the price will fall over the next 7 days by 16%?
But the ROI would still be negative, at the mentioned -3%. The payout is estimated at 9.7 Steem and 9.7 SP. Paying 20 Steem for that can't be a good ROI. 😅
