If you are refering to the nicotene buzz there are ways to mitigate the unpleasent effects.

  1. Do not smoke on an empty stomach
  2. Have a drink with your cigar. (Coffe with cream)
  3. Avoid strong spicey cigars. Stick with light colored leafs.

But even then sometimes its unavoidable. Even I get fucked up being a seasoned smoker.

And if you do find yourself in an unpleasent situation like that. Get some orange juice or some form of sugary drink. Some sugar on the back of the tongue will help alleviate the effects of a nicotine OD, or cigar nausea.
