Delicious and healthy smoothie ( 美味又健康的果昔)

Last Sunday morning was a nice, relaxing weekend. I made myself a delicious and healthy smoothie at home --it's my favorite fruit and vegetable dessert 😍! I love eating healthy and enjoy a healthy lifestyle
(上周日上午,一个休闲又放松的周末,我在家给自己做了一个美味又健康的smoothie “果昔”——这是我最爱的果蔬甜品😍 !我爱吃的健康和享受健康的生活方式)

1,Picture1 shows the smoothie ingredients I prepared(图1是我准备的smoothie 食材):
apple, orange 🍊, banana 🍌, kiwi, persimmon, tomato 🍅, celery, broccoli 🥦, carrot 🥕, avocado 🥑, lemon 🍋; and appropriate amount of chia, muttzo .
(苹果、橙子🍊、香蕉🍌、弥猴桃、柿子、番茄🍅、西芹、西兰花🥦、胡萝卜🥕、牛油果🥑、柠檬🍋;还有适量的 奇亚籽、巴西干果酱)

2,Take a spoonful of chia seeds and soak them in a small amount of warm water for ten minutes in advance;(取一勺奇亚籽,提前用少量温水浸泡十分钟);

3, Chop all fruits and vegetables into the size you like and blend them in a blender container. Then
Add almond milk and blend….Then, you have a delicious smoothie! Okay ✅
(根据你喜欢的份量把所有的水果和蔬菜切成小块,然后把它们混合在搅拌容器里,再倒入杏仁牛奶汁搅碎。然后,美味的smoothie 便成了!
