Yeah, will be very interesting to see how it works ... pretty crap this came out on the same day as the ASIC announce making local ICOs red-tape central
Everyone is going to regulate ICOs now which is probably a good thing. It doesn't effect good companies or hinder crypto going mainstream. Who cares :)
Yeah it just sucks if you wanted to do one for some wicked idea!
