New SnapChat Update Raises Safety concerns

There is much controversy surrounding the latest Snapchat map update, as many believe it is a violation of privacy.
The new update allows users to pinch the screen to "zoom out" into a map highlighting the location of Snapchat friends. You are able to opt-out of this new update by enabling "ghost mode" in the map settings.
IMG_1642.JPG However, the general idea of 24/7 broadcasting your exact location isn't exactly advisable. I would personally suggest only using this feature in situations where a group of friends needs to find each other (vacation, hiking, etc...).
