Manggala on Loan to Everton
Aymeric Laporte's presence makes Eliaquim Mangala power no longer needed in Manchester City. City also loaned the French defender to Everton until the end of this season.
However, Mangala move to Everton is still waiting for approval from the Premier League. Everton confirmed this transfer via his official Twitter account at 00:45 local time or after the transfer deadline passed.
Mangala, who is now 26 years of age, is not Pep Guardiola's first choice at City. However, his injury to Vincent Kompany and John Stones earned him plenty of chances to play this season. He has played in 15 matches, including nine games in the Premier League.
