Start Your Day Well

Start your day with purpose - tech-free. We've all become so used to reaching for our phones and checking for everything starting from using it to check the time, our text messages, and emails. By doing this, we sometimes deny ourselves the time and opportunity to frame our days with joy and positivity.

Clear Your Mind And Move Your Body

Start your day with stillness by meditating in the morning. Daily mediation can help you improve focus to reduce stress, improve emotional stability, and prevent common health ailments. Move your body by stretching to help loosen your muscles and increase your blood flow.

Be Accountable For Your Failures and Celebrate Your Triumphs

You can often learn the most from your failures. It may not feel like it at the time, but reflecting and understanding what you have done wrong often leads you not only, not to make the same mistakes again, but to avoid the pitfalls should they present themselves again.

When you win - enjoy and celebrate it. Our lives are driven by schedules and deadlines and while we always make time to fit in another hour or two of work, when it comes to celebrating ourselves and what we do well, we don't give ourselves permission to do this.

End Your Day Well

End your day the same way you start it, from a state of gratitude. Close your eyes for a few moments and just breathe in and out. Then place your left foot on the ground, then your right and give thanks - be it to God, the universe or whatever you believe in. Give thanks for the grace in your life.

For your family, for their health, and your health For the opportunities that have been granted to you. For the food, shelter, and money that you.

Acknowledge all that you are - the good and the bad. Commit to being your best you. When you've had a hard day, replay what went wrong, replay it to understand what happened.

Sometimes when I do this, ‘I fix things and then I let it go, so I can be at peace with what happened. My behavior, how things ultimately worked out and so above all things I can sleep well.

In my humble opinion, a life without the grace of gratitude will always be one that is lacking, that is why include gratitude daily in my life.
