My latest solar install.

in #solar7 years ago (edited)

Hello Steamers,
This is my first post so I’d like to start by introducing a little about myself. My names Stuart I am an electrician/ solar and battery installer in canberra australia .
I’m a scuba diver, a Krav Maga and meditation practitioner, and a avid fisherman/ camping enthusiast. But most of all I’m a dad 2 a few young lads and husband to my beautiful wife that I married in October last year. I try to keep pretty fit, and am doing my best at eating right. I train at elements4life Harrison and practice Krav Maga twice a week. 8F527CFA-01DC-4034-8ACD-17308268BAD3.jpeg

Today i think I broke through a mental barrier I have been struggling with for a while. I finished one of the hardest installs I have taken on . It took ages cost me a lot. And almost nothing went to plan. But even though it hasn’t been my first since starting solar again it has definitely been the most stressful. It has shown me that I can do it and better than before. It has shown me I still have the perseverance to complete hard jobs to a high standard.
But most of all it has given me the confidence I needed back.9F198D4F-F580-43CC-8BCB-673DCA47FFD4.jpeg It consists of 18 x 300w jinko panels 8 north and 10 west. This design was best for the customer who uses most power in the afternoon. With the new net metering arrangement a well sized system orientated in the direction of your greatest power use will provide the best return on investment. Rebates are still available and tariffs are on the increase again. This is an exciting time for solar and the power industry in Australia but I’ll cut it short as this was just a small intro to me at the moment.
I will try to post often and will post more depth about my work and hobbies and will be reading and upvoting yours.
