Pro tip (not directed at anyone here, just watching the smart con summit): if you do a crypto keynote about your project, don’t start with a history of time and get to what you do 20 minutes in.

Start with an executive summary that includes.

1. This is who we are
2. This is what we do
3. This is why we are needed
4. This is who we compete against
5. This is why we’re better

Then tell the history of the universe. So far, I’ve gotten a lot of history of the universe and little education on projects.
