There is no government, government is made up of citizens, citizen is a human who's rights are protected, the government removes the rights of humans, therefor there is no citizens, therefor there is no government, all we have is people using force for personal gain.
When you look in to legalese and lawyers you realize quite quickly that you don't need it, keep it simple folks, legalese is confusing for a reason, the reason being its to hide the fraud.
