Receta de postre "Hermosa Hélène"
Un gran clásico de la gastronomía francesa
- peras cocidas
- 2 barras de chocolate negro
- almendras tostadas
- helado con vainilla
- unas galletas
Derrita el chocolate al baño maría con una cucharada de agua (el chocolate ya es aceitoso y dulce, no es necesario agregar más)
Mezcle aproximadamente unas cucharadas o galletas de tocador en un tazón de helado para dar un poco de volumen.
Coloque las peras ligeramente calientes y agregue una o dos bolas de helado con vainilla.
Vierta sobre la salsa de chocolate caliente, para obtener la consistencia adecuada, agregue un poco de agua en pequeñas cantidades para no diluirla demasiado.
Cubrir con almendras tostadas ya frías.
