Receta pastel parmentière
Una receta de pastel al horno con una base de parmentier (carne molida, papas) y cilantro fresco.
Mucho menos aceitoso que en la freidora, incluso un poco crujiente.
Muy simple y rápido de hacer.
- 1 filete picado
- 1 papa hervida
- 1/2 manojo de cilantro
- 2 tapas
- Cerca de 30 gramos de queso cheddar
- sal y pimienta
- aceite de oliva
Agrega sal y pimienta.
Al mismo tiempo, pique el cilantro en trozos grandes y triture la papa con un tenedor después de pelarla.
Agregue el puré de papa y el cilantro a la carne en la sartén y mezcle bien.
En un plato hondo se superponen las dos láminas (tapas).
Divide el queso cheddar y coloca encima la mezcla de carne y papa.
Cierre la tapa doblando los bordes para formar un rectángulo.
Acomode en una bandeja con una hoja de papel para hornear, dándole la vuelta para que los pliegues bajen.
Pincelar con aceite de oliva.
Hornee a 200° durante 15-20 minutos, controlando la coloración.
Acompañado de una ensalada, elegí unos rábanos en rodajas espolvoreados con vinagre balsámico.
