* When you call by phone always say your name calmly and use a tone cut.

  • Smile when you speak a splendid smile is transmitted even by phone.
If you are in a bad mood do not answer a call and unless you call anyone the mood is felt in a call.

  • You can ask: "Hi, Carolina, there is Rose"

  • If the person is not there

  • You can ask: Can you take note of a message?

  • Be brief in the message so as not to interfere in the time they are giving you to assist you.
Example: My phone is xx xxx xx My name XXX

  • Dismiss the communication in a positive and courteous manner by thanking the attention given.

  • Respond to voicemails or text messages as soon as possible, this will show that you are respectful of people who want to contact you. </ P>

Recommendation

Telephones are not for long conversations, everyone has things to do. This device gives messages, short comments are made but it is not the means to spend our free time and less to take it away from a third party.

There are statistics

Taking 2,000 people they were asked about the time a call should last, and they concluded that it was enough:

3 minutes - news about family and friends

1 minute - personal problems

1 minute - work / school

42 seconds - news

24 seconds - weather

24 seconds - opposite sex

12 seconds - celebrity gossip

1 minute, 42 seconds - laughing

12 seconds - silence

1 minute - other general topics

Total are nine minutes and thirty-six seconds.

One call shortens distances and saves time.
Today the phone is the most common contact form we could know how they are at home or business, including closing deals or contracts, we make flash purchases as meals, we give good and bad news and we even fall in love.

Do not forget to manifest your good education using the magic words:
please, thank you, have a nice day.
Remember to give a clear and timely message.

Hola @empiza, buenas noches.
