Helado de Miel
100cl. de nata (Arg.: crema de leche) 100cl. de leche 50gr de miel 2 yemas de huevo
Poner a hervir la leche con la nata y verter en ella los huevos batidos con la miel. Remover bien para evitar que se pegue. Dar un hervor y cuando tenga la consistencia de las natillas, retirar del fuego y dejar enfriar. Meter en la heladora o en el congelador.
