Batido de albaricoque y naranja
200 g de albaricoques , 200 g de naranjas, varios hielos. Lavar los albaricoques y cortarlos en dos quitándoles las semillas. Pelar las naranjas y separar los gajos, ponerlos en la licuadora hasta que se conviertan en liquido y echar los hielos. Conservar en el frigorífico hasta el momento de tomarlo.
