Los colegios y los virus
Esto mas que un post es una consulta abierta a la comunidad steemit. Hay alguna manera de que los niños se enfermen menos seguido en el colegio? Cual es? Que se le debe dar o hacer? Alguna medicina natural que los ayude? Algun metodo exoterico o exostico?
Hoy sin foto, soy una mama de dos agotada (8meses y casi 5 años, porque desde enero los virus han tenido completamente libre la entrada a mi casa.

STOPEste es uno de mis grandes miedos, cuando entran al colegio o guardería se enferman mucho... creo que lo mejor es siempre mantenerlos comiendo saludable, si le das LM al de 8 meses mantenerlo y al de 5 mucha comida que contenga fibra, vitamina C y antioxidantes, claro esto son solo recomendaciones para mantener su sistema inmune trabajando pero creo que es muy difícil que no se enfermen y más con un ambiente tan contaminado. Suerte y bendiciones para tus bebés.

STOPCreo que es una situacion por la que todas las madres nos ha tocado pasar con nuestros niños, dicen que eso pasa hasta que se ellos se inmunicen pero como que nunca lo hacen...
