Pizzas Caseras
Mis pizzas son muy fáciles de hacer, son crocantes, finitas y tan ricas. Existe un maestro pizero en cada hogar, por eso hoy te voy a contar mis secretos. El primero es darle tiempo a la masa para levar, no te apures ni le agregues toda esa cantidad de levadura que sugieren.
Para hacer la masa necesitas colocar en un bols una cucharadita colmada de levadura con un poquito de azúcar y media tacita de agua tibia, dejamos unos minutos que haga efecto y agregamos medio kilo de harina de trigo 000, tenemos que incorporar más agua tibia de a poco, despacio, hasta lograr una masa suave que no se pegue a los dedos y por último una cuharadita de sal. Cuando tengas el bollo formado déjalo descansar en un lugar tibio y tapado hasta que duplique su tamaño.
