MAZAMORRA DE MAÍZ
Hola comunidad Steemit, les publicaré unas fotos de una deliciosa mazamorra que preparé. Es muy fácil de preparar.
Llevan los siguientes ingredientes: una docena de maíz pelados, luego lo picas como si fueras hacer cachapa, lo mueles y lo dejas remojando de un día para otro, o de la mañana para la tarde, en un colador de pasta lo vas colocando hasta sacar el cerepe y en una olla grande le colocas 2 litro de agua, media cucharadita de sal y azúcar al gusto y revolver hasta quedar un atol. dejar reposar y servir.
