Blockchain, Bitcoin, what took you so long?

There seems to be a race going on in my head. It's the urge to produce as much content as I can, Live the life I've dreamed to the fullest and love the life partner intensely. And now learn as much as I can about this quickly evolving reconstruction of the financial system, communication, and business in general.

I'm happily enjoying my middle age of 58 and looking forward to what Jane Fonda called the Third Act when you turn 60 and you get to kick your belief systems into full gear. However, everything I've learned keeps folding over on top of the old and recreating something entirely new.

Every time someone says blockchain, in my head, is a visual of the Tetris game I'm losing.

I need to be reminded again and again, how does it work again. And what do I have to do? Skipping the marketing step of how many likes does it take to make a sale, is a lovely new experience from the attention economy. But a little voice in me says, careful, something's ahead you can't see yet.

DTube is on my list to get to next. The nimbleness of the mind is not about understanding the topics presented but accepting the possibility. It shifts so many tried and true methods it makes your head spin and you look inside your wallet app and wonder is it worth it?

"Not today". But I said that in 2009 when I received my first Bitcoin. Patience is a good virtue. Glad the world is catching up.
