Today something old is dying. Something new is emerging.
The Moon in the last degree of Scorpio is scratching the bottom of the pot so you can let go of what blocks anything new to come in.
August is starting. Summer is here. Love. Joy. Play. Pleasure. Romance. Creativity. Sea, Sex & Sun.

Are you ready to enjoy every second of your life?
Or are you still unloading the emotional weight triggering your body and mind, making you busy, running from here to there without focus on the present?
This day is the kick off to the month of the Lion and the game starts today.

Will you have the courage to play?
Will you have the discipline to follow the rules?
Will you have the faith to believe that you may change radically in the following weeks if you dare to play by the rule?

Which rule?
Being PRESENT.
This is THE rule.

Being present to your sensations, your thoughts.
Following every tiny movements of your body and mind. Whatever you're doing. However you're feeling.
Find the amusement while you're cutting that potato.
Find the joy while you're brushing your teeth.
Find the pleasure in washing the dishes.

Can you see that everything IS part of the game?
Can you see that joy and fun could be in every moment of your life?

But you have to find it. You have to look for it.

Not only while you're peacefully meditating, doing your yoga or contemplating the sea but anytime, anywhere, anyhow.

This is the game of the Lion. Having fun everywhere at any cost.
