so basically i have to empty my mind. that is kind of really hard for me. if i try to think of nothing its almost like all the thoughts in the world comes to my mind right that moment
You dont forcefully empty your mind, if you try to do that more you'll be surrounded by thoughts. Let them emerge and pass. As i mentioned think does it hold any relevance and will anything change at this point of time and let it pass
