Connection with Dance and Music

Dance and Music are considered to be entertainment activities but if we pay good attention to them, we will realize that they are just not a source of entertainment but have deep spiritual connection. Dance and Music carry different levels of energy and vibrations, there are some songs and dance which will have a high level of vibrational frequency and some which will have lower ones. Like some songs are very degrading and they will never bring any kind of awakening to us no matter how many ever times we listen, rather they would lower our frequency, same goes with dancing also.

But there are some forms of music and dance which are very uplifting and they help elevate our consciousness. As we all know words carry energy and they vibrate at a certain level of frequency, when these words are combined with a rhythm and music, they will create a high level of frequency and they will start resonating with our energy.

There is a sound for each Chakra of our body, like for the crown chakra the sound is AH, and for the third eye chakra it is Aum, for root chakra it is LAM, likewise every chakra has a sound and if we work with these sounds along with the corresponding frequency music, it will bring a shift into our energy field.

When my hubby was in hospital I would play the Aum chanting all the time by his bedside, even the doctors never stopped me from doing that and appreciated. It was creating a very peaceful environment for him in that space and also giving him good energy with that sound frequency.

Dance is a very good healing therapy. If you are in a low mood, play some nice soft music and dance to the tune of it and you will see how the shift of energy will take place within a few minutes itself. You will feel like as it the burden has been taken off from you and you will feel light in your heart.

A daily practice of 21 times Aum chanting is very powerful to altar the energies of life. With time you will see how the reality of life will start shifting from the lower frequencies to the higher ones. The right kind of dance and music are meant to elevate our consciousness.
